Iโ€™m a life coach for sensitive souls seeking a more intentional, meaningful life. Iโ€™m a certified yoga teacher (hatha, vinyasa and yin), life coach (LCAF) and NLP practitioner and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher-in-Training. My mission is to help highly sensitive persons (HSPs) and introverts feel more calm, energised and balanced so they can pursue the kind of meaningful life deep down they know they are meant to.
