For years, I was my own worst enemy. I'd lie awake replaying every awkward conversation, apologizing for having needs, and pushing myself to exhaustion trying to prove I was "enough." Sound familiar?
As someone who feels deeply and processes everything intensely, I know firsthand what it's like to be overwhelmed by your own sensitivity - and to treat it like something that needs fixing instead of honoring it as a gift.
My journey from self-criticism to self-compassion wasn't instant (spoiler alert: there's no magic wand!), but it completely transformed how I move through the world. Now, instead of fighting against my sensitive nature, I've learned to work with it.
I'm a certified solution-focused life coach (LCAF), yoga teacher (RYT-500), and Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher-in-Training through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. But more importantly, I'm someone who gets it - the overwhelm, the people-pleasing, the constant feeling like you're "too much" and "not enough" at the same time.
My mission? To help you stop apologising for who you are and start celebrating it. Because the world needs your sensitivity, depth & beautiful heart.
