Hi, I'm Sini 🧡
For years, I’ve been my own worst enemy. I'd lie awake replaying every awkward conversation, apologising for having needs, and pushing myself to exhaustion trying to prove I was "enough." Sound familiar? And to be honest, I’m still on that path and things don’t always go to plan.
My journey from self-criticism to self-compassion wasn't instant (there is no quick fix or magic solution), but it has completely transformed how I move through the world. It’s still not perfect (because nothing is), but Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) has given me the tools to meet difficult thoughts and emotions with more acceptance, presence and kindness.
I'm a certified solution-focused life coach (LCAF), yoga teacher (RYT-500), and Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher-in-Training through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. But more importantly, I'm someone who gets it - the overwhelm, the people-pleasing, the constant feeling like you're "too much" and "not enough" at the same time.
