I have learned more about the basics of yin yoga and breathing exercises. The recorded yin yoga classes and theory on yin yoga has been my favourite part. Hey there
I'm Sini (she/her) 👋
I'm a certified RYT-500 yoga teacher specializing in hatha and yin yoga, and a certified coach (LCAF) dedicated to supporting highly sensitive people and introverts.
Like you, I know what it feels like to navigate life as a highly sensitive person. After years of feeling overwhelmed by the world's constant buzz, I discovered the transformative power of yin yoga – and it changed everything.
When my mind is racing and anxiety peaking, the slow, intentional nature of yin yoga offers something different: a path to genuine calm that works specifically for my sensitive nervous system. Yin yoga holds a type of magic that I'm excited to share with you!
What makes yin yoga so special for HSPs? Imagine having a tool that not only calms your racing thoughts but also works with your body's natural energy systems. Through the subtle magic of meridian stimulation and fascial release, yin yoga creates space – both physically and emotionally – for us to process, release, and restore.
My mission is simple: to help fellow sensitive souls like you reclaim their inner peace and step into the meaningful life they're meant to live. Not by pushing through or "toughening up," but by embracing our sensitivity.
🖤 Sini
